PARAFORMALDEHYDE

MANUFACTURING PROGRESS

Paraformaldehyde is manufactured from aqueous Formaldehyde solution by the process involving distillation and concentration to a point at which solidification or precipitation of polymer takes place. The process of concentration is carried out under vaccum by using the process of thin film evaporation.
